TY - JOUR AB - The UCL Journal of Law and Jurisprudence is a new law review, which publishes original and innovative research on all aspects of law and legal theory. It owes its existence to the vision and enthusiasm of Professor Stephen Guest who, in September 2011, proposed the creation of a review focussed on commercial law, which would operate in parallel with the Faculty's other student-run law reviews, the UCL Jurisprudence Review and the UCL Human Rights Review. It soon became clear that there was enormous student support for the proposed commercial law review; an editorial committee was quickly appointed, which set about identifying suitable articles and approaching potential contributors.
