While it continues to draw on the prestigious heritage and legacy of past journals, UCLJLJ marks a new development in the Faculty's academic production, by collecting in one single journal papers relating to different areas of the law. As such, the Journal aims to be of interest to all jurists and practitioners who might be attracted not only to the articles relating to their specific areas of expertise,
but also to topical issues and recent developments in other branches of the law.
The volume is also a tribute to the general ethos on which University College London was founded. Having been established in the early nineteenth century as an institution welcoming students of any race, class, gender or religion, the Journal today aptly showcases articles written by authors from different institutions and countries, with the hope of becoming an international platform for discussion of current developments and of original perspectives on more traditional subjects.}, month = {7}, issn = {2052-1871}, publisher={University College London (UCL)}, journal = {Journal of Law and Jurisprudence} }
