Foreword

I am delighted to introduce this latest issue of the UCL Journal of Law and Jurisprudence. Its publication is a very significant moment in the Journal’s development. Henceforth there will be two issues every year; it will therefore be possible to publish more of the excellent submissions the Journal receives, and to give our authors the opportunity to respond more immediately to contemporary developments. The Journal will also become available on a completely open-access basis. As a result, the contributions that it offers across the whole spectrum of legal scholarship can come to the attention of a greater range of readers, both specialist and non-specialist.
