The Meaning of Racially Aggravated Crime: a New Decision From the House of Lords

Abstract

On 1st February 2007, the House of Lords gave a decision on the case of R v Rogers. The decision was taken unanimously by a panel of five judges. The main judgment was that of Baroness Hale of Richmond.
